Description

1 The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works carried out at the State School of Music I and II Degree in Pabianice, 6 Grobelna Street, 95-200 Pabianice. (2) The subject matter of the order is the execution of the renovation of the facade together with the reinforcement of the building foundations and the renovation of the fence.
The subject matter of the contract is the execution of construction works carried out at the State School of Music of the First and Second Degree in Pabianice, 6 Grobelna Street, 95-200 Pabianice. (2) The subject matter of the order includes the execution of the renovation of the facade together with the reinforcement of the building foundations and the renovation of the fence. (3) Detailed requirements are described in the project documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works and the works estimate (Annex 12 to the tender). It should be noted that the attached schedule is only an auxiliary element in determining the bid price. The quantities contained therein are not binding, the required scope of work has been defined in the projects. According to the terms of the model contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform the subject of the contract in accordance with the design documentation, principles of technical knowledge, applicable regulations and technical specifications. 4.The Contracting Authority recommends that Contractors (at their own expense, on dates agreed with the director of the facility) make a site visit. 5. the proceedings in question are part of the project implemented by the Contracting Authority - Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and Sports - Center for Artistic Education in Warsaw entitled "Comprehensive energy modernization of selected state art education institutions in Poland", subsidized by EU funds under OPI&E 2014-2020, Priority I - Reducing the carbon intensity of the economy, Measure 1.3 - Supporting energy efficiency, intelligent energy management and use of renewable energy sources in public infrastructure, including public buildings, and the residential sector. 6. 139 first- and second-level art education units located throughout the country, for which the Minister of Culture, National Heritage and Sports is the leading authority, and direct organizational and financial supervision is exercised by the Contracting Authority - the Center for Artistic Education in Warsaw, have been qualified for the project. 7 Description of the subject matter of the contract based on the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 7.1 Main: 45000000-0 7.2 Additional: 45453000-7, 45320000-6, 45443000-4, 43124100-9, 45311200-2. 8. The financial terms of settlement are written in the model contract. (9) The Contracting Authority, bearing in mind the requirements set forth in Article 95 of the PPL Act, requires, with respect to the positions described in Annex No. 7 - submission of a statement (according to the model contained in Annex No. 9 to the swz) that the Contractor and, if any, subcontractors employ persons in these positions on the basis of an employment contract. (10) The Contracting Authority may, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, in particular the regulation cited in para. 9 to inspect the accuracy of the submitted statement. For this purpose, it may request from the Contractor and subcontractors information and documents certifying the fact of employment of the indicated persons under a labor contract. Detailed information on the manner of verification is contained in the contract.
