Description

Design-build contract for a 160-unit social residence in Montreuil (93). Adoma wishes to award a design-build contract to a consortium consisting of an EMO and a general contractor, in order to build a social residence, within the meaning of circular no. 2006-45 of 4.7.2006.
Design-build contract for a 160-unit social residence in Montreuil (93 ).- Phase 1: removal of asbestos and demolition of a R+0 building of common premises with a surface area of approximately 200 m2;- Phase 2: construction of a social residence of 160 dwellings (122 T1,13 T1', 25 T1 bis);- Phase 3: removal of asbestos and demolition of the existing home;- Phase 4: completion of the end of the VRD and green spaces;- Phase 5: transfer of part of the plot (approximately 1 400 m2). This contract only covers phases 1, 2 and 4. For the deconstruction of the fireplace (phase 3), the MOE and the construction company will be designated in consultations to be launched at a later stage. The operation will be certified NF Habitat HQE entry level, labelled low carbon E3C1 of the E+C label, labelled Effinature or Biodivercity, and labelled Biosourcé building level 1.
