Description

This Assignment includes the contracting of work for the new police housing with 112 alarm room Apeldoorn, including outdoor space, utilities and parking facilities. The site area is approximately 10 000 m². Based on the current scope, the gross floor area of the new building is approximately 5,500 m² divided over six storeys.
The present tendering procedure takes place in accordance with the ARW 2012 and will be conducted as a restricted procedure as referred to in chapter 3 of the ARW 2012. This means that the tendering procedure will take place in two phases. In the first phase - the selection phase - all interested companies are given the opportunity to apply as Candidates. On the basis of the applications they have submitted, the Police selects the companies that will be admitted to the next phase, the tendering and award phase, of this tendering procedure.
