The subject matter of the contract is the performance of construction works related to the task entitled: "Thermomodernisation of the Żłobka building No. 2, 92A Piastowska Street in Gdańsk as part of the project "G1- Comprehensive energy modernisation of educational and sports buildings belonging to the Municipality of Gdańsk - 2017-2020".2 The material scope of the contract includes:1) Demolition, dismantling and preparatory works.2) Insulation work.3) Construction and assembly work.4) Installation work: sanitary.5) Installation work: electrical and telecommunication.3The detailed material scope of the contract includes, among other things, construction and assembly works based on the design documentation and includes: 1) excavation works,2) disassembly and reconstruction of external stairs and external landings,3) disassembly and installation of new lighting wells by the basement windows,4) disassembly of reinforced concrete wells of basement chutes,5) disassembly of window bars,6) demolition of canopies of forklift and technical rooms,7) demolition of external walls of forklift and pumps. technical,8) demolition of floors in the forklift and technical room,9) bricklaying of indicated window openings and basement chutes,10) widening the door openings of exits to the terrace at the level of the first floor,11) making new moisture insulation,12) insulation of external walls: foundation and basement walls,13) insulation of external walls above the building,14) insulation of roofs,15) renovation and superstructure of chimneys,16) disassembly of existing and execution of new terrace surfaces together with insulation,17) execution of new external stairs,18) execution of driveway for the disabled,19) execution of new walls for wheelchairs and pumps. technical with the installation of doors,20) making new roofing of the carriage house and technical room,21) making new floors in the carriage house and pumps. technical,22) implementation of a new lightning protection system,23) replacement of door joinery within the scope indicated in the project,24) replacement of flashings, gutters and downpipes, external windowsills,25) translation and repair of elements installed on the facades,26) implementation of a band around the building,27) carrying out repair and painting works inside the building in connection with industry works,28) carrying out accompanying works,29) assembling an information board,30) translating existing elements and assembling new ones (information boards, signboards for supporting facade masts, alarm and monitoring installations, etc.).31) disassembly of existing central heating system pipelines and parts of heating elements together with accompanying fittings together with installation of new pipelines, installation of heaters together with accompanying fittings together with installation regulation, installation of heater casings,32) disassembly of existing water and sewage system and fire protection system and accompanying fittings, installation of new pipelines, installation of fire hydrants, execution of sanitary sewage system, installation of fittings, regulation of circulation system, marking of the system,33) checking the patency of external rainwater drainage pipes with the use of inspection camera34) execution of external lighting on the facade of the building,35) replacement of lightning protection system and grounding wire,36) hiding the systems laid on the facade under the layer of insulation,37) reconstruction of the roof hatch,38) reconstruction of the fence adjacent to the building,39) replacement of the gas box housing on the facade,40) disassembly and assembly in the new location of the bicycle shed41) disassembly, and reconstruction, replacement and replenishment of the damaged hardened surface around the building, and the construction of a new hardened surface in accordance with the project,42) cleaning up of the construction site.
