Reykjavik City Procurement Office, b.h. The Reykjavik City Property Office is looking for a partner with an idea of operating and utilizing the property at Langholtsveg 70, Reykjavik, which has been named Sunnutorg since the building was built. Interested parties are requested to submit an idea of the activities and improvements of the premises and information on how activities fall into the environment in which the housing is located. The contractor is expected to utilize the premises during the rental period for the operation. It is planned to enter into a lease with the party who considers the best idea in the opinion of the evaluation committee.
