Description

The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the construction of a multifunctional sports training hall in Wałcz, delivery including the arrangement or installation of devices and equipment of the building, obtaining, on behalf of and for the contracting authority, a certificate of the Polish Association of Athletics stating the conformity of the parameters of the executed athletic equipment, i.e. 200-metre treadmill, 60-metre straight treadmill, as well as inrun and jump to a distance and triple jump with the regulations of the Polish Association of Athletics and obtaining, on behalf of and for the contracting authority, a legally binding decision on the permission to use the building. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of the contract was determined by means of the design documentation, excluding the size of the works and by means of the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works constituting Annex 1 to the ToR.
The subject matter of the contract is the construction work consisting in the construction of a multifunctional sports training hall in Wałcz, delivery including the arrangement or installation of devices and equipment of the building, obtaining, on behalf of and for the contracting authority, a certificate of the Polish Association of Athletics stating the conformity of the parameters of the executed athletic equipment, i.e. 200-metre treadmill, 60-metre straight treadmill, as well as the inrun and jump to a distance and triple jump with the regulations of the Polish Association of Athletics and obtaining, on behalf of and for the contracting authority, a valid decision on the permit to use the building. The subject matter of the contract covered by the design documentation and the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works, in particular demolition works, earthworks, paving works, gardening works, bricklaying works, plastering works, reinforced concrete works, installation of internal and external joinery, finishing works, thermal insulation and façade works, laying electric and teletechnical cables, installation of sanitary installations, ventilation, air-conditioning system together with equipment, installation of water and sewage system together with equipment, installation of central heating system together with equipment, installation of installations, accessories and electrical equipment including cranes, installation of low-current installations, excluding the activities of managing construction works and geodesic activities, will be performed only by persons employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract. The manner of documenting the employment of the persons referred to in the first sentence, the contracting authority's authority to control the contractor's compliance with the requirements referred to in the first sentence, and sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements, the contracting authority has specified in the model contract, which constitutes Annex 7 to the ToR. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract and the scope of the contract was determined by means of the design documentation, excluding the excess of works and by means of the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works constituting Annex 1 to To ToR. Other terms and conditions of the performance of the contract are specified in Annex No. 7 to the ToR (model agreement).
