Description

The subject of the contract is to perform the function of an inspector supervising the performance of the task entitled "Thermomodernization of the historic building of the palace in Grabina, Ostróda".2 A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in the essential provisions of the contract, which constitute Annex No. 6 to the ToR.3 Technical documentation concerning the investment referred to in paragraph 1 is Annex No. 7 to the ToR.4The contracting authority requires that the service be provided by a person with appropriate professional qualifications and experience, which may have a significant impact on the quality of contract performance and thus translate into the quality of investment performance referred to in paragraph 1. In connection with the above, the Contracting Authority requires that the function of the supervision inspector in the leading industry, which is the construction and construction industry, shall be performed by a person holding: a) the powers of the supervision inspector in the construction and construction industry; b) qualifications referred to in Article 37c of the Act on the Protection and Care of Historical Monuments of 23.7.2003. (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2187); c) experience in performing the function of a supervision inspector in the construction and construction industry over the renovation of a real estate monument entered in the register of monuments.
