Belarus - Construction supervision services

Description

The subject of the contract is to perform multi-discipline investor supervision over all construction works, design works, services and supplies related to the execution of the task "Construction of the seat of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Minsk at Starowelynski Trakt Street". The scope of the contract includes in particular: a) Supervision of the construction and acceptance of the performed works, changes in the design documentation and STWiORB, acceptance of the construction and obtaining a permit for use on the basis of Polish and Belarusian law, including the construction law (Polish - performance of tasks resulting from art. 25 and 26 of the Act of 07.07.1994. Construction Law (i.e. Journal of Laws 2019, item. 1186) and Belarusian law in sectors: construction, installation in the field of networks, installations and equipment for telecommunications, heat, ventilation, gas, water supply and sewage, as well as electrical and power engineering;b) Support for the Contracting Authority during construction in financial matters related to the adopted form of as-built settlement of works with GWR and current support for the project and construction in negotiations with partners in Poland and Belarus, consultations and giving opinions on organizational and technical solutions;c) Health and safety control of the construction site;d) Logistic and acceptance advice on activities related to the delivery of materials from the Republic of Poland to the construction site in the Republic of Belarus.
