Description

Specialist planning, project planning, delivery, assembly, commissioning and documentation of the auxiliary plants (consisting of: cooling water system, bunker aeration and odour reduction plant) for a thermo-chemical sewage sludge treatment plant with phosphorus recovery (KBA).
The scope of services includes the supply, installation and commissioning of the cooling systems for the two rotary kiln systems and their auxiliary plants. These are essentially:- Cooling screws for the residue system,- Cooling system for sewage sludge pumps,- Recooling plant MK6,- Heat exchanger MK4,- Cooling water pumps,- Heating coil for the delivery hall,- In addition, the compressed air supply for the rotary kiln MK6 and rotary kiln MK4 as well as the sump pumps for the plant are to be supplied and installed as an option.- The scope of services essentially includes:-- Project management,-- Planning, design,-- Procurement,-- Delivery, installation,-- Commissioning,-- Trial operation,-- Documentation. The scope of services includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of the ventilation system for the sludge bunker with receiving hall and for the wet sludge conveying room. This consists essentially of:- control blowers,- emergency blowers,- air filters,- ventilation ducts. The scope of supply and services includes the delivery, installation and commissioning of an odour reduction plant for the two rotary kiln systems and their auxiliary plants. These are essentially:- pump system,- water treatment,- piping with nozzles,- small container,- control system.
