Description

For this consultation, a group of orders is constituted pursuant to Article L. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code, comprising the City of Saint-Étienne and Saint-Étienne Métropole. The scope of the framework agreement covers the entire territory of the City of Saint-Étienne. Apart from the 3 ZACs of l'Epase, the downtown sector, the priority districts (QPV) of Montferré Cotton and Montreynaud (see perimeter at the DCE). It concerns neighbourhood operations: for complex or structuring operations, the City of Saint-Étienne and Saint-Étienne Métropole reserve the right to use specific project management consultations. This is a multi-tributary framework agreement with no minimum or maximum in accordance with Article R. 2162-4-3º of the Public Procurement Code, concluded with a maximum of 3 holders (subject to a sufficient number of offers). It will be mixed: it will be carried out through purchase orders and subsequent contracts.
