PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: EP916-211273, Esplanade Laurier Garage repair, 300 Laurier Ave. W., Ottawa, ON, K1A 0R5
Project description: Work under this contract is to perform local structural concrete repairs, local waterproofing repairs, replace existing temporary shoring and exploratory opening around various columns at 300 Laurier Ave. W. in order to address local areas of deterioration in the garage and investigate the condition of the concealed steel reinforcement around columns. Work also includes temporary removal, relocation or protection of mechanical and electrical services at repair areas to facilitate the work.

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 26 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. The NPP Range is: $500,001 to $1,000,000.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the Bid.

Upon bidders arrival at 300 Laurier Ave.W., they will need to check in at the commissionaire desk and fill out a short questionnaire related to the covid-19 and follow all covid-19 protocols and will need to receive a visitor pass.
Due to the current situation (COVID-19), each bidders is allowed a maximum of one representative at the site visit. Interested bidders should submit the name of the individual to the Contract Authority sophie.st-germain@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than April 13, 2021 by 10AM. The contracting officer will advise the attendees of their assigned time slot
Safety Attire In order to be guaranteed access to the site visit all persons should have the proper personal protection equipment ; safety footwear and Face mask. Contractor`s personnel/individuals who do not have the proper safety attire may be denied access to the site.
