the first phase (application) consists of submitting only the application file on the buyer profile, which will be analyzed. The purpose of this 1st phase is to select a maximum of 4 candidates on the basis of the criteria defined in the RC. The second phase (bid) consists of inviting the 4, at most, approved candidates to submit a bid for the contract on the buyer's profile. The purpose of this 2nd phase is to select the bidder who has submitted the most economically advantageous offer in application of the criteria defined in the RC, after negotiation if applicable.
The purpose of the consultation is to carry out work as part of the overhaul of the inter-ozonation unit of the biological process - t1, at the Méry-Sur-Oise plant. The works include: complete renewal of the dry air production, ozone production and water ozone diffusion lines; renovation of the diffusion tanks; electrical, automation and integration into the plant's control architecture of the new functional unit equipment; adaptation and renovation of the civil engineering to integrate the new installations; deconstruction and asbestos removal; finishing work for the interior and exterior renovation of the building. The contract to be awarded on completion of this procedure includes design studies and the execution of services. Use of the BIM approach
