Ultrapure water/VE water generator plant for the supply of ultrapure water according to SEMI standard (a.o. 18 MOhm) for the semiconductor industry as well as VE water (<10 μS/cm). a 18 MOhm) for the semiconductor industry as well as deionized water (<10 μS/cm), consisting of the following components: System separation station, multi-layer filter plant (12 m3/h) with 150 % redundancy consisting of 3 filter units, double softening plant (5.6 m3/h) with brine tank, redundant (2x100%) reverse osmosis plant (2.1 m3/h each) with membrane degassing, redundant (2 x 100%) EDI (2.0 m3/h each), ultrapure water tanks (2 x 4 m3) with nitrogen blanketing. Ultrapure water supply with redundant (2 x 100%) pumps (2 x 30 m3/h) UV disinfection (2 x 30 m3/h), heat exchanger (30 m3/h), polisher with TOC-free resin (30 m3/h), ultrafiltration 6000D (2x15 m3/h).Start of execution: within 12 working days after receipt of the request by the client (§5Abs. 2 sentence 2 VOB/B); the request will presumably be received by you by 3.8.2021.The performance shall be completed (ready for acceptance): within 338 working days after the above-mentioned deadline for the start of performance."When preparing your bid, please take into account any possible or identifiable adverse effects of the Corona crisis, e.g. with regard to the availability of materials and products, labour, any delays in the provision of required evidence, effects on any subcontractors, etc. We request that any questions arising in this context be submitted in good time before the bid deadline via the eProcurement messaging system.
