PLEASE NOTE: This publication is a corrigendum to publication 2020/S 047-109851. The rectification has been made due to commissioning of a new tender system. Below is the modified instruction:Established is the continuous pipeline wholesale list for which contractors can apply for drinking water pipeline works and/or for wastewater pipeline works. Within both major lists (specialisms), sub-major lists (subspecialisms) are still possible. For a detailed explanation of how to apply for and be admitted to (sub)group list(s), please refer to the documents published in Mercell. For each further request for quotation, a contractor selection will take place via Qfact (previously EMVI performance measurement). A further request for quotation will actually be organised and executed via Mercell.
