Description of the options:

Initially, only service phases 1 and 2 as well as two water level calculations will be commissioned. The remaining service phases are optional for commissioning. The possible commissioning only takes place after completion of the respective previous service phase.

Optional services are subject to financial approval by the responsible bodies of the client.

The option is commissioned under the following conditions:

- secured budget for the implementation of the services

- satisfactory completion of the services performed up to that point

- submission of the relevant official approvals to carry out the construction work

The Contractor shall have no claim to the continuation of the optional services, even if the aforementioned conditions occur.

Place of performance:

Federal state of Brandenburg, district of Oberspreewald-Lausitz, former Greifenhain open-cast mine and district of Spree-Neisse

Type and scope of service:

Engineering services for the planning of two spatially separated pumping stations including associated drainage at the Greifenhain residual hole.
The measure is under mining supervision.

The areas on which the services are being provided are partly located in areas at risk of ground failure and liquefaction.
