Description

Construction of a new sludge digestion plant at the Luthe sewage treatment plant in Wunstorf. The construction project includes the new construction of a primary clarifier as well as a digestion tank, machine buildings (CHP, gas treatment, excess sludge thickening), sludge dewatering building and a combined storage tank (service water central and digested sludge storage).
The sewage treatment plant Luthe - Wunstorf is converted from aerobic to anaerobic sludge stabilisation.For the EMSR technology, the following essential extension and renewal measures are necessary:- Medium voltage, protection and measuring technology EZA (retrofitting 20 kV measuring field, protection and measuring technology energy);- Low voltage switchgear (dismantling inventory, NSHV inventory, NSHV, NSV: pre-treatment, digestion, sludge dewatering, UV: ÜS pump, service water pump, preclarification, digestion, sludge dewatering, switchgear inventory centrifuges);- protective measures (equipotential bonding, lightning protection, surge protection);- lighting (interior, exterior and safety lighting, path lighting);- cables and lines (inventory cables and lines, power and control cables);- Cable and line installation (dismantling, new installation, double floor, buried installation);- Process control system (DCS hardware, DCS software, parameterisation);- Automation technology (DCS preclarification, digestion, sludge dewatering, monitoring pump, service water pump);- Field devices (on-site control stations, measuring technology);- Gas warning system;- Intrusion alarm system;- Ventilation, heating, air-conditioning and hot water devices.
