Germany - Construction of sewage treatment plants

Description

The Warendorf wastewater company is planning to rearrange the mechanical treatment stage of the local central wastewater treatment plant. In the course of this, extensive adjustments have to be made to the existing structures. The tendered construction contract includes the necessary construction work to adapt the stormwater overflow basin in the inlet area of the plant. Essentially, concrete demolition work and in-situ concrete installations.
The Warendorf wastewater treatment plant is planning to build a new energy center to supply the central wastewater treatment plant in Warendorf. This will include a medium-voltage main distribution system with various switchgear panels and a transformer for changing the voltage level to 400 V low voltage, as well as a low-voltage main distribution system for supplying the individual low-voltage distributions of the sewage treatment plant. Also planned is a large number of components for the metrological recording of the plant parameters as well as control and regulation technology. In addition, an emergency generator with a heating oil tank for the emergency power supply is to be installed and connected to the low-voltage main distribution.
