Planning and execution of the construction of a new high school at Rochusstr. 80 as an interim Montessori high school at Rochusstr. 145 as well as the construction of a new KiTa as a new location for the Montessori KiTa at Rochusstr. 145.
II.1.4) The subject of this invitation to tender by the Gebäudewirtschaft der Stadt Köln is the complete planning as well as the turnkey and operational construction of a new school building with refectory and assembly hall as well as the new construction of a KiTa. In addition, the listed manor house is to be renovated and integrated into the school use. The demolition of the existing building, except for the existing manor house, the bunker and the tree population, will be carried out by the customer in the run-up to the TU measure. Car parking spaces and a 3-fold gymnasium will be implemented in the course of another measure at a different location. This applies analogously to the new construction of the daycare center with a warm-up kitchen and exercise room based on the specifications of the Office for Children, Youth and Families.All outdoor facilities including sports and play equipment for both uses are included in the scope of measures.More detailed information is contained in the award documents for the second stage of the procedure (bidding phase).
