AI 2023-0090 - Sloterdijk L-midden construction team project
The purpose of this tender is to award a construction team agreement, which will lead to a Construction Agreement for the realization of the SLM project through a construction team phase to be completed with the winning tenderer. The Sloterdijk L-Midden project concerns a (residential) building in which housing (270 social and 120 medium-rent) and commercial functions in the plinths (approx. 350 m2) are planned. In addition, there will be an indoor public two-layer bicycle storage for about 4,000 bicycles in the (residential) building.Sloterdijk L-Midden is a joint project of the municipality of Amsterdam and housing corporation de Alliantie (i.e. the development company de Alliantie Ontwikkeling (dAO). The scope of the municipality concerns the public bicycle parking in the basement of the building. The rest of the building is the scope of dAO.
