Germany - Construction of ice rinks

Description

The city of Chemnitz (in the federal state of Saxony) intends to build a new speed skating rink and a functional building. Parts of the existing facilities of the ice sports centre with speed skating rink, the interior of the speed skating rink with cooling tube channel etc. will be demolished or dismantled with regard to the project planning of the "speed skating rink". 1. The first construction phase includes the demolition and dismantling work (speed skating rink + indoor fields); the structural work (extended structural work) - RB services - speed skating rink + indoor field up to base course and the new functional building; the new speed skating rink + roller hockey field, the complete execution of the first construction phase. The construction project includes the following measures among others:New construction and extension work on an NH3 - refrigeration plant according to BImschG- New construction of 400 m speed skating rink 4 800 m2,- New construction hockey field 800 m2,- NH3 - Control and monitoring valves DN300 - 15 - approx. 55 pcs,- steel piping DN 300-125 - approx. 140 m,- steel piping DN 100 - 50 - approx. 200 m,- steel piping DN 40-15 - approx. 100 m,- runway piping made of steel pipe DN 25 - approx. 70 000 m,- underfreezing protection piping PE pipe approx. 20 000 m,- regulation and control device refrigeration technology,- 6 distributor combs for refrigerant of an artificial ice rink,- 1 set of installation parts ice pit.
