Description

the present consultation concerns the award of a global sectoral contract (Mgs) for the design, construction, fitting out, upkeep and maintenance of an eco-responsible inter-hospital laundry with a capacity of 24,000 kg/day in Carrières-Sous-Poissy (78), comprising 3 periods: architectural and technical design, construction of the building and production equipment, upkeep and maintenance of the building and production equipment during the warranty period. The project involves the construction of approximately 4,900 square meters of floor space on 2 levels.
architectural, functional, ergonomic and technical design of the production equipment and the building;construction of an eco-responsible industrial building;integration into the building of an industrial linen treatment process capable of processing 24 t / day over an operating time span of around 10:30 a.m.;development of the immediate surroundings in line with the activity (services, logistics yard, networks and effluent treatment system);development of parking areas (car parking | 58 spaces and transport service parking | 14 Pl).
