PUBLIC TENDER NOTICE NO. LOI-120324
CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE FOOTINGS AND WALLS
FOR 2 OUTDOOR SKATING RINKS

The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting bids for the construction of footings and concrete walls for two (2) outdoor skating rinks located on its territory. The services to be provided and the administrative procedures for obtaining the contract are described in greater detail in the tender documents.
Interested bidders will be able to obtain the tender documents as of February 14, 2024, from the Service électronique d'appels d'offres (SEAO) by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 866 669-7326 or 514 856-6600, or by consulting the website www.seao.ca, quoting notice number LOI-120324. Documents may be obtained at a cost determined by SEAO.
Regardless of the shipping method the bidder chooses to adopt, all bids must, to be validly received, be delivered in a sealed envelope marked "LOI-120324 - Soumission pour construction de semelle et muret de béton pour 2 patinoires extérieures" and be physically located, no later than 11 a.m. on March 12, 2024, at the office of the Service des acquisitions de la Ville de Rouyn-Noranda located at the following address:

Bids received within the standards will be publicly opened by the person authorized for this purpose, in the company of two witnesses, at the office of the Service des acquisitions of the City of Rouyn-Noranda, on March 12, 2024 at 11:10 a.m.
All bids must be accompanied by a bid security representing 10% of the total cost of the bid, plus taxes.

The City of Rouyn-Noranda does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids submitted, and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders. Bidders are not entitled to any compensation for costs incurred in obtaining tender documents or in preparing and submitting their bids.
