Description

Plant and process engineering (heat pumps, compression chillers, CHP, piping and fittings technology) for the energy center (EZO) on the Mark 51°7 site (Lot 1).
Stadtwerke Bochum is planning a heating and cooling network at the site in Bochum-Laer, which will be coupled with geothermal utilization of mine water.Lot 1 "Plant engineering", which is put out to tender here, comprises the execution planning including approval planning and construction of the main plants (heat pumps, compression refrigeration plant, CHP, piping and fittings technology) within the delivery limits set out in the contract for work and services as a complete functional unit, including the ready-to-operate connections at the delivery limits, commissioning and trial operation, documentation, etc. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the tender documents in Parts A to C. The scope of the plant and the division of lots can be found in Part C.When determining the plant and system concepts, in addition to a high level of plant availability, the approvability of the plants and the cost-effectiveness of the concepts must also be taken into account.
