NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT - TWO FAILED COMPETITIVE BIDDING REQUEST FOR QUOTATION 1. The Philippine Coast Guard, through Bids and Awards Committee apply the total sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php 3,840,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Coast Guard Sub-Station Dapa Building. 2. The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. 3.
