PUBLIC NOTICE

PROJECT: Construction of an administrative building at the MRC de Bellechasse LET, including the installation of a truck scale.

The Regional County Municipality of Bellechasse requires tenders for the provision of professional services for the construction of an administrative building including the installation of a truck scale. The work includes, but is not limited to, the development of a concept, preparation of plans and specifications, preparation of tender documents and supervision of construction work to be carried out at the LET de la MRC de Bellechasse located in Armagh.
The work will be carried out under the Programme d'amélioration et de construction d'infrastructures municipales (PRACIM) program. It is therefore conditional on obtaining financial assistance from this program.
The bidder awarded the contract must carry out the work in accordance with the specifications produced by the MRC de Bellechasse, dated June 12, 2023.
The MRC does not undertake to accept the lowest bid, or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any of the bidders in the event that all bids are rejected. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
