Description
The main purpose of this contract is to build a 73-space parking lot east of the Base de plein air de Sainte-Foy reception pavilion. Part of the parking lot and access road will be paved, while the other part will be built with concrete pavers with permeable joints. Rainwater will be collected in ditches in accordance with the principles of optimal management, to protect the quality of the water in the Laberge lakes. This project also includes landscaping and electrical work. *** WARNING: In this call for tenders, the City has introduced new requirements for guarantees (bonds) in the event that the supplier defaults on its contractual obligations. Please pay particular attention to the sections entitled "SUBMISSION GUARANTEE", "PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE" and "GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT FOR LABOR AND MATERIALS" in the tender documents.
