II.2.13) Information on European Union funds The contract is part of a project/programme financed by European Union funds: no Project identification: Section III: Legal, economic, financial and technical information III.1) CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION III.1.10) Criteria for selecting participants: Assessment criteria used to select candidates admitted to tender (subject to admissibility of application): - For the deconstruction component: Ability to accurately estimate the types and quantities of materials present in the structure and their potential for reuse, to prescribe work within the framework of a selective deconstruction site and to successfully monitor the deconstruction/upgrading of materials; - Quality of references provided in relation to the size or complexity of the present operation. The application file to be supplied includes : - the team's presentation sheet (EXCEL file supplied by Shom, to be completed for the group's presentation); - an explanatory note expressing the candidate's motivation and interest in the project; - a presentation of 3 projects less than 5 years old, concerning projects actually carried out or in the process of being finalized, and comparable to the present project in terms of cost and characteristics. It is the responsibility of the consortium to select relevant references that will enable the capabilities of each member of the consortium to be assessed in relation to the present operation as a whole. Letter of application (DC1 model attached to this file, or equivalent), enabling the client to clearly identify the applicant or applicant group. This fee is fixed and non-revisable. The remuneration of the selected project manager will take into account the winner's bonus. In the event that a project is incomplete or does not meet the requirements of the program, the award may be reduced or cancelled at the jury's discretion. Under no circumstances may a member of the project management team be awarded a contract for technical control, SPS or SSI services. In the case of a joint venture, the contracting authority requires a joint venture with a single representative.
