The UNIVERSITY INTEGRATED CENTRE OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES OF THE SOUTH CENTRE OF THE MONTREAL ISLAND, a legal person governed by public law duly constituted under the Act respecting health services and social services, RLRQ c S-4.2, having its principal place of business at 1560, Sherbrooke Est, in the City of Montreal, Province of Quebec, H2L 4M1,
Wishes to launch a call for tenders:
Construction of a new CT-Scan room for medical imaging at Notre-Dame Hospital
Summary of the work:
The work concerns the demolition work (Demolition, levelling, concealment of pipes, plumbing, piping and all work related to the execution of all works related to the reinstallation of the elements of the new room)
Time required to complete the work: 5 Months
Bids will be received and opened publicly on the following date and location:
August 30, 2019 at 10 a.m. at 4545 Queen Mary Montreal, room 2832.
Contract documents will be distributed via SEAO

August 13, 2019 at 2:00 pm. The meeting point for this visit is set at:
Hôpital Notre-Dame 1560 Rue Sherbrooke E, Montréal, QC H2L 4M1, Main Entrance Jocelyn Gagnon, the responsible building consultant will be present
Bidders are invited to participate in the site visit offered by the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION. Failure to participate shall not be used as an excuse or pretext for errors, omissions or irregularities on the part of a tenderer. Each bidder is responsible for sending a representative to this meeting. In addition, the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION assumes no responsibility for bidders who have not shown up for the site visit with respect to any information that may have been provided during the visit. Bid Security: The BIDDER must provide a bid security equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the total price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be submitted in one of the following forms:
-A bond issued in favour of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the model bid bond reproduced in Appendix 4.01A of the Bid Form;
-A certified cheque, money order or bank draft made payable to the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION;
-An irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favour of the PUBLIC ORGANIZATION by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in Appendix 4.01B of the Tender Form.
Filing of Complaints:
Any company or person interested in c and call for tenders and who is of the opinion that the call for tenders documents do not comply with the contractual rules in force, may file a complaint by following the detailed instructions in the complaint management procedure adopted by the Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal CIUSSS pursuant to section 21.0.3 of the Act respecting public bodies contracts (RLRQ, c.
