For information on Lot 1, see: https://www.subreport.de/E39227671.Gegenstand The award here is Lot 2 (participation) in the Combined Construction Work, Assembly, Third Party Liability and Planning Third Party Liability Insurance for the "Great Wendlinger Curve" construction project.DB Netz AG is planning the construction of the Great Wendlinger Curve; unthreading in front of the Neckar Valley Railway.Option 1 has a route length of around 1.68 km and unthreads from the NBS between the Neckar Valley EÜ and the Neckar Valley Railway EÜ. The design speed of variant 1 is 80 km/h. Directly at the beginning of the route, the retaining wall adjacent to the NBS Wendlingen bypass must be extended and raised. Subsequently, a new, separate bridge will cross the L1250, the Neckar valley railway and a service road. The bored pile wall at the southern tunnel portal of the GZA tunnel must be adapted in the course of this variant 1. The GWK tunnel with a length of about 755 m extends from the portal north of the NBS to the southern tunnel portal between Unterboihinger Straße and KWK / Str. 4600. The tunnel is threaded into the Neckar valley railway at the same height. Variant 1 crosses the underground car park at Unterboihinger Strasse 65. It is not possible to maintain the underground car park in its current form and a new building is likely to be required.101 million EUR has been budgeted for the investment sum for this project with a currently planned construction period until 31 December 2027. Of this amount, approximately EUR 4.06 million has already been invoiced under an existing contract. The new insurance contract advertised here will replace the existing contract. A currently planned construction period until 31.12.2027 is expected. Accordingly, the provisional term of the insurance contract is also planned to run until 31 December 2027 (plus extended maintenance and subsequent liability - see below). The insurance contract will commence after completion of the tender procedure vsl. from 4 November 2019 (possibly later) following a currently existing advance cover. As this is a project insurance, the duration of the contract corresponds to the foreseeable/planned duration of the project (construction period). In the case of liability insurance, the sum insured per claim is a lump sum of EUR 20,000,000 for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary loss, including benefits under environmental liability insurance. In the case of planning liability insurance, a separate sum insured per claim is a lump sum of EUR 10,000,000 for property damage and pecuniary loss. Extended maintenance in the construction performance and erection insurance part amounts to 42 months. The subsequent liability in the liability insurance is 10 years, in the environmental liability and environmental damage insurance 5 years and the general deductible is at least 10,000 EUR. The deductible does not apply to personal injury. The extended planning coverage is included in the planning liability insurance.
