The LGU Manaoag, Pangasinan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all interested Phil-GEPS registered suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors/builders/fabricators to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder project:

Name of Project : Construction/Improvement of CHB Drainage Open Canal with Concrete Lateral Ties

Location : Along Provincial Road Road Network, Barangay Lipit Sur, Manaoag, Pangasinan

The Approved Budget for the Contract is Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (P500, 000.00) and it is under the 20% Development Fund. The delivery period for the project is forty five (45) Calendar Days starting from the date of the Notice to Proceed.

The Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders at the 2nd Floor MPDC Office, Municipal Hall, Manaoag, Pangasinan from December 03, 2018 to December 21 , 2018 from 8:00AM to 12:00 NN and from 1:00PM to 5:00PM, Monday to Friday, and up to December 26 , 2018, Wednesday at 8:00AM only.

Deadline for the submission of the Bid/Tender Documents/Forms is on December 26, 2018, Wednesday at 8:00AM at 2nd Floor MPDC Office, Municipal Hall, Poblacion, Manaoag, Pangasinan. The Opening of Bids will be held on the same day, December 26, 2018, Wednesday at 10:00AM at the 2nd Floor, MPDC Office, Municipal Hall, Manaoag, Pangasinan. Late Bids will not be accepted.

Prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project within the last 2 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed projects for bidding. The eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre Bidding Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

Bid Document will be available only to eligible bidders upon payment of the non-refundable amount of P500.00 to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office.

The LGU- Manaoag, Pangasinan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul bidding process and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders and assumes no responsibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders incurred in the preparation of the bid.
