The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled "Execution of construction works and elaboration of detailed designs for the tasks: 1) Extension of Plac Wolności road and reconstruction of a fragment of 27 Grudnia street, 2) Reconstruction of Ratajczaka street on the section from 27 Grudnia street to Św. Marcin street, 3) Extension of 27 Grudnia and Kantaka streets and reconstruction of Gwarna street,4) Reconstruction of tram track of double-track line in the course of Fredry and Mielżyńskiego streets in Poznań together with replacement of traction cables and catenary network "2. Abbreviated name of the proceedings: "DESIGN - CONSTRUCTION - CENTRE - PL. WOLNOŚCI / UL. 27 DECEMBER / UL. RATAJCZAKA / UL. KANTAKA / UL. FREDRY / UL. MIELŻYŃSKIEGO - MIASTO POZNAŃ / AQUANET".3 The City of Poznań has obtained co-financing from EU funds under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020 as part of Measure 6.1 "Development of public collective transport in cities" (Cohesion Fund) - agreement no. POIS.06.01.00-00-0032/16-00 and POIS.06.01.00-00-0030/16.
The subject matter of the contract is the performance of the investment task entitled "Execution of construction works and development of detailed designs for the tasks: 1) Extension of Plac Wolności Road and reconstruction of a fragment of 27 Grudnia Street, 2) Reconstruction of Ratajczaka Street on the section from 27 Grudnia Street to Św. Marcin Street, 3) Extension of 27 Grudnia and Kantaka Streets and reconstruction of Gwarna Street,4) Reconstruction of the tramway track of the double-track line in the course of ul. Fredry and Mielżyńskiego Streets in Poznań along with replacement of catenary cables and catenary network" covering design works / construction works within the following scope: a) The scope of the City of Poznań: - "The extension of Plac Wolności Road and reconstruction of a section of 27 Grudnia Street" within the task entitled "Centrum Program - stage I - reconstruction of tram routes along with traffic calming in the following streets: Św. Marcin, Fredry, Mielżyńskiego, 27 Grudnia, Plac Wolności, Towarowa". - Scope 2.3 of the "Centrum" Program - "Reconstruction of Ratajczaka Street on the section from 27 Grudnia Street to Św. Marcin Street" as part of the task "Centrum Program - stage II - Construction of the tramway route along with traffic calming in Ratajczaka Street". - Scope 2.3.1 of the Center Program - "Extension of 27 Grudnia and Kantaka Streets and reconstruction of Gwarna Street" as part of the task titled "Center Program - stage I - reconstruction of tram routes along with traffic calming in Św. Marcin, Fredry, Mielżyńskiego, 27 Grudnia, pl. Wolności, Towarowa Streets". - b) the scope of Aquanet S.A.: - "3-05-20-156-0 - Poznań - water supply system in Św. Marcina Street - Scope 2.3", "- "5-05-20-153-0 - Poznań - water supply system in Św. Marcina Street - Scope 2.2", "- "5-05-20-153-0 - Poznań - water supply system in Św. Marcina Street - Scope 2.3", "- "5-05-20-153-0 - Poznań - water supply system in Św.The procedure is conducted as an open tender.3 The present procedure is conducted jointly by two Ordering Parties who appointed the Ordering Party - City of Poznań as the entity authorized to conduct the procedure and award the contract on their behalf and for their benefit, whereas the City of Poznań and Aquanet S.A. are represented by the Plenipotentiary - Substitute Investor - Poznańskie Inwestycje Miejskie Sp. z o.o. In cases not regulated in the ToR (and adequate notice) or in the case of discrepancies between the provisions of the ToR (and adequate notice) and the PPL Act, the provisions of the PPL Act shall prevail.The Contracting Authority intends to award contracts under Art. 214 (1) (7) of the PPL Act (up to 50% of the value of the base contract) if the circumstances referred to in Art. 214 (1) (7) of the PPL Act occur. The subject matter of these contracts will be similar construction works or services, consistent with the subject matter of the basic contract. The Contracting Authority envisages awarding such contracts in particular if there is a need and/or necessity to perform work scopes not currently included in the basic contract scope, and whose performance will be possible through repetition of similar works or services as provided for in the basic contract scope (in particular with respect to reconstruction/overhaul of the surrounding road system, track, traction, equipping the road infrastructure with elements of permanent traffic organisation and safety devices, reconstruction/overhaul of pavements and reconstruction/overhaul/construction of the accompanying infrastructure: lighting, storm water drainage, water supply, gas, electricity and telecommunications systems, as well as works in the field of greenery and small architecture). The condition for awarding similar contracts (for works or services) will be the circumstances indicated in Chapter V - Description of the Subject of the Contract - item 31 of the SWZ. 31 SWZ.
