the purpose of this consultation is to carry out new road works relating to the development of municipal roads, squares, their dependencies and the renovation of asphalt pavements (roadways and sidewalks) in the City.The present contracts are subject to the provisions of the Code de la Commande Publique, a document referred to as "the Code" in the present document.Qualified as works contracts, they are governed by the provisions of the Ccag Travaux of 31 March 2021.An open tender procedure is being launched in application of the provisions of Articles L.2124-2, A procedure of open tender is launched pursuant to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code.They constitute framework agreements subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-14 of the Code:-Lot 1 constitutes a framework agreement with subsequent contracts.-Lot 2 will be executed in the form of purchase orders.Each of the contracts will be awarded for a maximum duration of four years, including renewals
This lot constitutes a framework agreement with subsequent contracts. It will be concluded with three successful tenderers, subject to a sufficient number of applications and tenders.
