NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The City of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures (the "CITY") invites tenders for the conclusion of a construction contract for the completion of exterior landscaping work for various municipal projects located on the territory of Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures.
The tender documents, any documents referred to therein and any additional documents related thereto may only be obtained through the Government of Quebec's electronic tendering system ("SÉAO") (www.SEAO.ca) or by calling 1 866 669-7326. Obtaining documents is subject to the fees charged by this organization.
Bids must be received by 10 a.m. local time on Tuesday, June 20, 2023, the time and date of the public bid opening.
The Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOCTA) apply to this call for tenders.
Tender results will be published on the SEAO .
The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received.
