PUBLIC INVITATION TO TENDER

Garantie de construction résidentielle (GCR) wishes to obtain bids for a construction contract.

Location and deadline/Contract duration

The work concerns a building located at 73, 75, 77 and 79 Hillside, Westmount.
The work is to be performed between April 1 and July 18, 2024.

Tender documents are available from the Electronic Tendering System (SÉAO) at https://seao.ca. Documents can also be obtained in downloadable format, at a cost set by SÉAO (SÉAO assistance is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., at 1 866 669-7326).

Receipt and opening of tenders

All bids must be received at 4101, rue Molson, 3rd floor Montréal (Québec) H1Y 3L1, no later than January 15, 2024 at 1:30 p.m., to the attention of the project manager, to be publicly opened at the same location on the same day and at the same time.
Bids may be submitted electronically, which can only be done through SÉAO.

Intergovernmental agreements
This public tender is subject to the following intergovernmental agreements, which form an integral part of the tender documents:

▪ Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA);

Brief description of work

Replace 4 solariums on the 3rd-floor roof, which frost and condense in cold weather, with a North American product adapted to the Quebec climate.
