The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Legislative Affairs (LA) Directorate proposes to restrict consideration to one (1) subscription vendor, "The Bureau of National Affairs, Inc." for the procurement of a congressional news and analysis subscription service.
Award will be based on the conforming offer that is considered the "Best Value" to the Government utilizing the "Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable" evaluation procedures. This acquisition will result in the award of a firm fixed price contract with an expected period of performance for one year base period with four one-year option years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511120. The small business size standard for this code is 1,000.
THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Paper copies, faxed copies, or e-mail copies of the RFQ will not be provided. All requests for hard copies of this RFQ will be disregarded. All offerors must be registered in the Systems for Award Management in order to receive award consideration.
