Description

The Directorate of Emancipation of the Ministry of OCW is responsible for coordinating the government-wide emancipation policy. The commitment to emancipation policy is along two tracks: women's emancipation and emancipation of lhbtiq+ persons. To map out the developments in the field of emancipation, DE commissions various (monitoring) studies.The aim of the assignment is to map out the living situation of lhbtiq+ persons in the Netherlands (their own social position in various areas) and the social attitudes óverlhbtiq+ persons/subjects, as well as their development over time (trend measurement). To this end, the monitor will be conducted in line with previous editions in many aspects and will be further developed in other aspects.
The tender aims to select one market party that will deliver a monitoring study on the lhbtiq+ community incl. reporting in the years 2024, 2026 and 2028 in accordance with the terms of reference in the accompanying tender documents.
