The awarding unit includes the trades shell construction and roof waterproofing, for the extension of the timber construction and dry construction The following work is being carried out on the extension:- Construction of a new extension level in 9 of 16 existing buildings;- The extension levels are to be given smaller apartments;- Achievement of KfW Efficiency House Standard 55;- Retrofitting of 7 lift systems in the 9 extension houses (for house types 1 and 2).Conversion or renewal of the existing elevator system in house HLW 69;- Equipment of the bathrooms with showers;- Creation of approx. 50% barrier-free apartments;- Underfloor heating;- Plastic single windows including air vents according to ventilation concept in accordance with DIN 1946-6;- Lightweight construction (wood panel construction);- Equipment according to sample list.
Carcass and roof extension lot 1The housing estate is located in 12353 Berlin-Buckow, Heideläuferweg 57-69, Mollnerweg 26-32 and Ringslebenstr. 98-90. The housing estate comprises 16 buildings in 5 building groups with a total of 212 existing apartments. The existing buildings are divided into 3 house types and one single house (HLW 69).The existing buildings will be subjected to a comprehensive energy modernisation with accompanying string renovation. 9 of 16 houses will be given an additional living level (storey level). Lot 1 (construction phase 1) comprises 7 buildings of which 3 buildings will be raised. The construction time for lot 1 is 9 months.lot 2 (construction phase 2) comprises 9 buildings of which 6 buildings will be raised. The construction time for lot 2 is about 10 months. Lot 2 will be produced following the 1st BA.
