- Lot 1: Supply of 2 truck mixers Truck mixers are compact, manoeuvrable carrier vehicles for mining or tunnel construction with a horizontal mixing drum of at least 3 m3 effective volume; articulated or interchangeable frame vehicles cannot be used due to the maximum vehicle length of 7,000 mm.Lot 2: Supply of a mobile spray manipulator The mobile spray manipulator is an all-terrain carrier vehicle with a compact spray manipulator arm for carrying out wet spraying work in the underground roadway cross-sections. The vehicle has a permanently installed concrete pump as well as a compressor for generating the required compressed air. The pumping capacity of the concrete pump ranges from 3 m3/h to 20 m3/h. The manipulator arm mounted on the vehicle is used to approach the excavated surfaces of the cavities and secure them with a layer of shotcrete at a distance of 1-1.5 m. Fibre-reinforced concrete can also be used for this purpose. Fibre-reinforced building materials can also be used here. The manipulator arm is controlled by a radio remote control and optionally manually. During wet spraying, the vehicle is operated stationary via electric cable and transformer.
For the phase of the construction of a final repository for radioactive waste materials in the former Konrad iron ore mine, 2 truck mixers and a spray manipulator mobile for the wet spraying process are to be procured. The drive engines have to be equipped with modern engine exhaust technology according to Tier IV Final or Stage 5.
