France - Concession de service public (C.S.P.) for the recovery, evacuation and impounding of vehicles removed from freeways and non-concession roads in the Yvelines department (78)

Description

Invitation to tender with a view to concluding a public service concession contract for breakdown services on sections of freeways and trunk roads not under private concession, as well as express roads (or so-called "fast lanes") or similar, exit and connection ramps, rest areas and service stations, in the Yvelines department, under the responsibility of the compagnie républicaine de sécurité autoroutière Ouest Île-de-France (C.R.S.A.O.I.D.F.), on behalf of the State, Préfecture des Yvelines, for the purposes of recovery and evacuation of light vehicles (V.L.) and heavy goods vehicles (P.L.), and, where applicable, vehicle impoundment.
In the case of vehicles belonging to public service operators, the present public service concession contract will only apply in cases where the said operators, duly authorized, are unable to repair and evacuate their vehicles themselves.
