Germany - Conception, organization and implementation of in-depth vocational and study-oriented measures in the STEM field as part of the joint initiative Future through Innovation.NRW (zdi) 2025 ff

matrix GmbH & Co. KG (matrix for short) has been managing the implementation of the zdi-BSO-MINT program (https://www.zdi-portal.de/zdi-bso-mint/) for several years as a grant recipient. This program is implemented as part of the overarching zdi.NRW joint initiative (https://www.zdi-portal.de/), which is also managed and coordinated state-wide by matrix.
Half of the funding is provided by the NRW Regional Directorate of the Federal Employment Agency and half by the NRW Ministry of Culture and Science. The grants are regularly reapplied for and approved after review.
matrix intends to make the following procurement as part of the grant for the zdi-BSO-MINT program:
Contractual partners are being sought for 53 zdi regions in North Rhine-Westphalia (also the lots of the tender), which, together with partners in the respective region, carry out measures for in-depth career and study orientation in the MINTplus area (mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, technology and areas that are not originally MINT, but have a high proportion of MINT) for pupils of general education schools in NRW (see service description and catalog of attachments).
The contract is to be concluded from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 and with the option to extend the contract three times in the event of corresponding funding commitments by the aforementioned or other funding bodies (see Annex k. Draft contract § 10 Contract duration, termination, option to extend).

Important note:

The funds from the funding bodies have already been approved for 2025. For subsequent years, the continuation of the program is dependent on further funding commitments.
Bidders will not be reimbursed for the preparation of the offer and participation in this tender!
