. Interested Bidders can inspect the items from 09:00 am to 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday) at COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus.

3. Bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions, procedure for submission of bids, bid security etc. are available for the interested bidders at ?Manager SFAO / Secretary Auction Committee, COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus, Defence Road, Off, Raiwind Road, Lahore? and submit the duly filled documents along with Cash Depositing Receipt / Pay Order / Demand Draft amounting to Rs.2500/- for each as a participation document fee (Non-Refundable) to the address given below.

4. All the bidders will be required to submit sealed bids along with security amount of Rs.200,000/- in form of Cash Depositing Receipt / Pay Order / Demand Draft in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Lahore Campus on or before (13 November, 2024) latest by 1100 hrs. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1130 hrs.

5. The successful bidder will deposit 1/3 (one third) of the total bid price of each lot on the spot and the remaining 2/3(two third) within five days of the auction date. Otherwise, security amount as well as other deposited amount will be forfeited. Furthermore, the successful bidder is also liable to pay all applicable taxes in addition to the bid amount. Rates quoted by the bidders will be considered inclusive of Government taxes.

6. The successful bidder will have to move the auctioned items within 5 working days of auction. CUI, Lahore Campus will not be responsible for any claim and losses by any vendor for the execution of this public auction.

7. CUI, Lahore Campus reserves the right to accept/reject any or all bid(s) without any justification.
