In 2015, the Police Zone acquired a computer network interconnecting its various sites, taking advantage of this opportunity to install a centralized VOIP service.In parallel with this installation, a unified fixed and mobile tariff plan was set up allowing the Police Zone to obtain a stable system at competitive conditions.It is now necessary to renew all of these services by making a few changes, the most important of which is the abandonment of the unified tariff plan, as mobile telephony is not the subject of this contract.
The MAN interconnects the various sites in the Police Zone via a network that allows data and telephone information to pass through. This network is also connected to the Internet through a security system. Currently the central site benefits from a double introduction of the means of communication in order to guarantee a high availability of the accessibility to the data and telephone network. It is imperative to verify this double availability and to ensure it at all times. The MAN connectivity elements (routers, modems, etc.) are under the exclusive management of the bidder. The recovery of the VOIP infrastructure covers the replacement and implementation of VOIP servers. The fixed communication tariff plan will cover subscriptions, communications from VOIP stations to internal, external and mobile fixed stations, as well as consumption during the use of the communication means.
