Delivery and assembly of lectern desks and media technology.
- electrically height-adjustable lecturer's desk system with collision protection;- Modular desk system for left/right flush configuration, depending on the room;- Base with 19" rack fixed to the base frame, only table top lifting and lowering;- User-friendly lifting and lowering of the table top infinitely variable from 750 to 1080 mm;- Ergonomic for seated and standing presentations;- All sheet metal parts must be burr-free and powder-coated;- All sheet metal parts must have the option of connecting an earthing system;- All sheet metal parts should be insulated against rattling and droning;- Optimum cable management must be ensured at every position of the table;- Lecturer's desk system with levelling feet to compensate for uneven floors;- Table widths: 1 800, 1 600, 1 200 mm (wheelchair users should have a table width of approx. 900 mm, height of approx. 670 mm, depth of approx. 550 mm);- Table depth approx. 800 mm;- 19" 14HE substructure optionally mounted on the left or right side of the base frame (table);- All service doors and drawers must be lockable. (theft-proof);- Drawer lockable with armrest for keyboard and mouse (can be operated in the drawer);- Different table types: different in table length, equipment of the devices. Left and right alignment;- Light element: signal lamp for status display of the lecture hall transmission. In 2018 2 rooms of the University of Education Karlsruhe have already been equipped with new media technology. Special attention was paid to the intuitive control of the media technology via touch display, the barrier-free usage possibilities, the speech intelligibility and of course the range of functions. From these two rooms a newly defined standard for the media technology equipment in 4 categories according to the size of the rooms was developed. According to this standard an equal user experience should be created, which is as independent as possible from the room allocation.This is to be ensured in particular by the fact that the same user interface can be found everywhere according to the categories, the range of functions is almost identical across all rooms and a fast and experienced support by the staff on site can be provided by making one installation look like the other. Depending on the room category with single/double projection, document camera, camera, control system, digital radio microphone system, loudspeaker and amplifier system and AV recording system, as well as the realisation of an overflow scenario including participant feedback.the dismantling of the corresponding old equipment is also subject of the tendered service.
