Description

The subject of this invitation to tender is a framework agreement for a term of 2 years with two renewal options of one year each for the purchase and delivery of signature pads as well as their maintenance and corresponding signature software and maintenance. Also part of this tender is the on-site support at a kubus IT location during the commissioning (installation and integration of the central software) of the hardware and the software in order to implement the described requirements in accordance with a security concept to be worked out as part of the implementation.Additional tender components:- Delivery, on-site installation at the customer's site and initial commissioning of the signature pads in accordance with specifications still to be worked out (connection, initial configuration of the hardware, disposal of the packaging material),- A service contract is concluded for 4 years to guarantee operation. During this period, all bug fixes and software updates will be carried out by the contractor. These activities can also be carried out remotely. The contractor is responsible for ensuring that the software used is up-to-date,- the contractor adds a detailed service description to his offer,- training the administrators, technical supervisors and multipliers (a total of approx. 20 persons) who will be responsible in future at kubus IT,- optional: development of the software components in order to implement the requirement for screen duplication on the terminal device offered.
