Description

The subject of the contract is delivery of computer hardware under Part I of the order together with a warranty service:Part I Desktop hardware:1 PC desktop computer for office applications together with the Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of system functionality described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 1 355 units 2 PC Workstation for CAD applications together with the Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of system functionality described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 50 units 3 Hardware terminal with Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of the functionality of the system described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 100 pcs. 4 Monitor for office applications - 1 815 pcs. 5 Monitor for technical applications - 250 pcs. The Contractor, as part of the completion of the subject of the Order in Part 1, shall provide the Principal with a guarantee for the supplied computer equipment for a period of at least 36 months counted from the date of delivery, confirmed by a signed acceptance protocol. Offers with a guarantee period of less than 36 months will be rejected. The warranty period shall be specified by the Economic Operator in the Offer Form. The Purchaser requires the Hardware Manufacturer to offer the possibility to extend the factory warranty on site to at least 5 years. Warranty service will be provided by an authorized representative of the manufacturer - the service company must be ISO 9001:2008 certified for the provision of maintenance services and be authorized by the equipment manufacturer, and in the event of noncompliance with the warranty obligations by the Contractor, the manufacturer of the equipment offered will assume the obligations related to the warranty service of the equipment.The Contracting Authority shall specify the maximum quantities of computer hardware ordered under Part I of the contract within one calendar month up to the locations indicated in the contracts:(a) a PC desktop computer for office use with a Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of the functionality of the system as described by the software manufacturer and its interoperability with the Microsoft product environment - not more than 90 units(c) a firmware terminal with a Windows operating system or equivalent with regard to the functionality of the system as described by the software manufacturer and its interoperability with the Microsoft product environment, not more than 20 units; (d) a monitor for office use 23', not more than 150 units; (e) a monitor for technical use 27', not more than 24 units. The subject matter of the contract is delivery of computer hardware under Part II of the contract along with a warranty service,Part II Mobile computer hardware:1 Notebook Standard for office applications along with the Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of system functionality described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 740 items 2 Notebook Premium for managerial applications along with the Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of system functionality described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 50 items 3 Docking station along with a power supply for the Standard Notebook - 740 items 4. Industrial Notebook with Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of functionality of the system described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 80 pcs.6 Industrial Tablet with a Windows operating system or equivalent in terms of system functionality described by the software manufacturer and its cooperation with the Microsoft product environment - 32 pcs. Within the scope of the subject of the Order in Part II, the Contractor shall provide the Principal with a guarantee for the supplied computer hardware for a period of at least 36 months from the date of delivery, confirmed by a signed acceptance protocol.
