Description

The purpose of this tendering procedure is to arrive at a framework agreement with 2 parties that can offer and supply several A brands of workstation equipment on the most favourable conditions for the contracting authority. Orders of more than 20 pieces (unless this represents a value of less than EUR 10,000.-) will be invited in mini-competition among the 2 parties. Orders that do not qualify for a minicompetition will be ordered from the entrepreneur who ended first in this tender (preferred supplier). The agreement has a duration of a minimum of 24 and a maximum of 60 months, whereby the concept grows along with the technical possibilities and different standards that are published for it during that period. The entrepreneur is expected that all necessary workstation equipment, related peripherals, software and related services can be delivered.
