Description

(1) The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment, hereinafter referred to as 'hardware'. The offered equipment should be brand new, come from current production (min. 2020), have appropriate certificates and approvals allowing it to be sold and used in the Republic of Poland. 2. The scope of the order includes: purchase of the equipment together with its delivery, unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Purchaser. Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment. 3. a) A detailed description of the subject of the contract are attachments 2A-J to the ToR.
The subject of the order is the delivery of graphic tablets (2 pieces), hereinafter referred to as "equipment". Offered equipment should be brand new, come from current production (min. 2020), have appropriate certificates and approvals allowing it to be sold and used on the territory of the Republic of Poland. 2. The scope of the order includes: purchase of the equipment together with its delivery, unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Purchaser. Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.3: The order should be completed within a maximum period: up to 28 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, (the contract completion date is a non-price criterion for evaluation of offers - in the case of an offer shorter than the maximum permissible deadline for completion of the contract, the Contractor's offer will receive additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XI of the ToR)4. Required minimum warranty period: 12 months, the warranty period starts on the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol.5Required service response time: at the latest within 4 working days from notification of a defect. (Service response time is a non-price criterion for evaluation of tenders - in the case of an offer shorter than the maximum response time, the Economic Operator's offer shall receive additional points, in accordance with the rules defined in chapter XI of the ToR)6. Detailed terms of contract performance and payment conditions are included in the specimen contract attached as Appendix 3 to the ToR7.The Contracting Authority does not envisage awarding contracts for additional supplies within the meaning of art. 67 par. 1 item 7 of the PPL.8. The Contracting Authority does not envisage the requirements referred to in art. 29 par. 4 of the PPL.9. If the Economic Operator intends to execute the subject matter of the contract with the participation of subcontractors, the Contracting Authority demands that the Economic Operator indicate the part of the contract the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and specify the companies of such subcontractors (pursuant to par. 5 of the tender form - Annex 1A to To ToR). Should the Economic Operator fail to indicate in the tender the part which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, the Contracting Authority shall assume that the Economic Operator will perform the contract on his own. The Contracting Authority does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the works related to arrangement and installation of the subject of the contract. Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.3: The order should be completed within the maximum time limit: up to 28 days from the date of receipt of the order (the order completion date is an non-price criterion for evaluation of tenders - in the case of an offer shorter than the maximum allowable order completion date, the Contractor's offer will receive additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XI of the ToR)4. Required minimum warranty period: 24 months, the warranty period shall start on the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol.5. Required service response time: at the latest within 4 working days from notification of a defect. Should the Economic Operator fail to indicate in the tender the part which he intends to entrust to subcontractors, the Contracting Authority shall assume that the Economic Operator will perform the contract on his own. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform the works related to the arrangement and installation of the subject of the contract.10. If, after concluding the contract, the Ordering Party obtains a confirmation from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education that the equipment being the subject of the contract is intended for an educational institution, the Contractor will have the right to apply a 0% VAT rate. The offered equipment should be brand new, come from current production (min. 2020), have appropriate certificates and approvals allowing it to be sold and used on the territory of the Republic of Poland.2 The scope of the contract includes: purchase of the equipment together with its delivery, unloading and bringing it to the place indicated by the Purchaser. Contractor is obliged to provide free warranty service of the equipment.3: The order should be completed within the maximum time limit: up to 28 days from the date of receipt of the order (the order completion date is an non-price criterion for evaluation of tenders - in the case of an offer shorter than the maximum allowable order completion date, the Contractor's offer will receive additional points, in accordance with the rules set out in Chapter XI of the ToR)4. Required minimum warranty period: 24 months, the warranty period shall commence on the date of signing the Acceptance Protocol.5. Required service response time: at the latest within 4 working days from notification of a defect. If, after concluding the contract, the Ordering Party receives a confirmation from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education (MNiSW) that the equipment being the subject of the contract is intended for an educational institution, the Contractor will have the right to apply the 0% VAT rate.
