Description

The contract concerns the supply of products in the Industrial control system (ICS) field, in particular:- supply of hardware and software products for logic safety in the ICS/SCADA field and related services,- specific supply of Fortinet technology products and related services as specified in detail in the technical specifications and in the outline of the framework agreement.The successful tenderer must also provide for the creation, management and updating of the electronic catalogue on the Ariba platform.
The framework agreement that will be signed with the successful bidder will have a duration of 24 months from the date of signature and a maximum amount of EUR 710 000,00, excluding VAT.Ferservizi SpA also reserves the right to exercise the option of duration on the framework agreement, before the expiration of its validity as indicated above, for a maximum of a further 12 (twelve) months, under the same agreements and conditions, with one or more unilateral acts, in the event that at the expiration of the same is not exhausted the maximum amount established. The above option, if exercised, will be communicated to the contractor by certified e-mail before the expiration of the framework agreement, without prejudice to the applicability of art. 106 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, with particular reference to paragraphs 11 and 12. With regard to the identification and quantification of safety charges and related DUVRI (Determination no. 3/2008 of the AVCP), since this is a framework agreement, it should be noted that, if the conditions are met, they will be quantified when the related application orders or work orders are issued.
