ZSOiT, Al. Jana Pawła II 25, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;3. II LO, 2 Gimnazjalna Street, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;4. ZST-"M", 10 Obrońców Pokoju Street, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;5. SOS-W, Kruszwicka St. 3, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;6. ZSRA, Cieplicka St. 34, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;7. ZSE, Grunwaldzka St. 64a, 58-506 Jelenia Góra;8. ZSEiT, Piłsudskiego St. 27, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;9. ZSLiZ - High School and Vocational School Complex, ul. 1 Maja 39/41, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;2. ZSOiT - General and Technical Schools Complex, Al. Jana Pawła II 25, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;3. II LO - C.K. Norwid Secondary School, 2 Gimnazjalna Street, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;4. ZST-"M" - Technical Schools Complex "Mechanic", ul. Obrońców Pokoju 10, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;5. SOS-W - Special School and Educational Centre, 3 Kruszwicka Street, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;6. ZSRA - School Complex of Art Crafts, 34 Cieplicka Street, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;7. ZSE - Electronic Schools Complex, 3 Kruszwicka Street, 58-560 Jelenia Góra;8. Grunwaldzka 64a, 58-506 Jelenia Góra;8. ZSEiT - European Union Economic and Tourist Schools Complex, 27 Piłsudskiego Street, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;9. I LO - S. Żeromski High School I, 18 Kochanowskiego Street, 58-500 Jelenia Góra;2. As part of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: a) deliver to the municipal schools equipment with parameters (features, characteristics) and in quantities consistent with Annexes 1 and 2 to Volume III of the ToR, b) install/assemble - if it applies to the given equipment - launch, configure and check it (to the extent appropriate for the given type of equipment), c) deliver all required connection cables and wires, fittings, installation elements, controllers, software, etc. d) provide the Awarding Entity with operating instructions or user manuals in Polish and provide designated persons from the Awarding Entity/educational unit with the necessary information on the operation of a given equipment (if applicable),e) provide the Awarding Entity with warranty cards (if applicable),f) deliver in packages, in accordance with the division contained in Annex 2 to Volume III of ToR (Description of the subject matter of the contract), separately for each educational unit.3The order is realized under the project: "Vocational training - improvement of teaching conditions in Jelenia Góra schools" Project number: RPDS.07.02.03-02-003/18-01 under the Operational Programme - ROP LSV 2014-2020, priority axis - 7. Educational infrastructure, measure - 7.2. Investments in upper secondary education, including vocational education, sub-measure - 7.2.3. Investments in upper secondary education, including vocational education - ZIT AJ Regional Operational Programme of the Lower Silesian Voivodship 2014-2020 co-financed by the European Union, European Regional Development Fund.
