Description

The purpose of this framework agreement is to study, integrate and maintain a compressed air production facility at the DGA techniques hydrodynamiques site in Val-de-Reuil. The objective of this framework agreement is therefore to replace the current installation with a new one:- comprising at least 2 compressed air production devices (500 m3/h at 7 bar),- delivering totally oil-free air,- limiting noise in the engine room,- including preventive and corrective maintenance,- including the removal and asbestos removal of the existing installation in a fixed installation, off site.This framework agreement has been converted to a negotiated procedure with publicity and competition in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-1, L. 2324-3, R. 2324-1, R. 2324-3, R. 2361-1, R. 2361-8 to R. 2361-12 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Articles R. 2362-1 to R. 2362-7 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a single contractor framework agreement executed through subsequent procurement. Subsequent contracts may be ordinary or split contracts (Article R. 2313-2 of the Public Procurement Code) This publication concerns only a call for applications.
